Mexican delegation in Montevideo

A Mexican delegation consisting of businessmen, chefs and journalists is in Montevideo to be in contact with Uruguayan meat production and industrialization, and to get to know local gastronomy.

Until next Thursday, the group of 20 Mexicans will contact INAC's technicians and will visit farms and abbatoirs, as well as restaurants where they will taste Uruguayan meat.
