In China

SIAL China Exhibition took place in Shanghai. The National Meat Institute attended the exposition as it has been doing annually since 2004.

The fair was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

INAC was present with a 72-m² institutional stand representing Uruguayan meats.  

SIAL China is a food and beverage fair that aims specifically at the Chinese market. Among the public it is expected to receive the visit of professional buyers and public from the food industry: supermarkets, trade brokers, wholesalers, importers and exporters, retailers, distributors, manufacturers.

The delegation of INAC was headed by the President, Alfredo Fratti, and by the Board Members representing farmers and processors —Guzmán Tellechea and Marcelo Secco, respectively.

The Director of External Markets, Silvana Bonsignore, together with Daniel Sparano and María Cecilia Shaw represented the technical area.
