INAC also participated as member of the Project named “Uruguay Natural, a Tour through the Senses” which jointly promotes Uruguayan tourist spots, wines and meats, as well as other national products.

Punta del Este Food & Wine, 2011 Edition was held between 11th and 13th November.

INAC was its sponsor, supplying different meat cuts that chefs invited used to prepare dishes offered.

This Festival comprised five activities, such as “Welcome to Punta”, with the participation of 12 chefs, 5 of them were the best chefs in Punta del Este and the rest were foreigners.

Other activities were "Around the Globe in 6 Kitchens", "Uruguay welcomes great American Restaurants" and the already famous "Seven Fires in Garzon".
