Putting a face to farmers

INAC is enrolling farmers who would like to be part of the activities based on traceability for the promotion of Uruguayan beef around the world.

In recent years, traceability demonstrations have been an efficient way to comunicate with the final consumer at restaurants, exhibitions and conferences.

Farmers will provide INAC with a photograph of their face and one of their farm, so these are available when any consumer in the world reads the barcode on the label of a beef cut, 100 % traceable.
