Activities in Beijing

A reception with Uruguayan meats and wines was held in Beijing for Chinese sanitary authorities and other guests.

It took place at the residence of the Uruguayan Ambassador in China, Rosario Portell,  who was accompanied by the Vicepresident of INAC, Fernando Pérez Abella, and the External Markets Director, Silvana Bonsignore.

Owing to the visit of INAC’s Vicepresident, the Ambassador invited private companies and the Uruguayan delegation to a reception held at Kempinsky Hotel, in which three beef cuts and two sheep meat cuts from Uruguay were served.

These activities preceded those held between 9-11 May, at Sial China Exhibition in Shanghai.

Apart from the traditional activities carried out during the Exhibition, a Festival of Uruguayan Meat s will be held from May 7th to May 20th at a restaurant of Pullman Skyway Hotel in Shanghai.

A promotional menu with two dishes based on bone-in ribe eye and brisk plate will be served with vegetables and Uruguayan wine, offered at a special price.
