INAC received the audit of the Department of Agriculture of the United States of America (USDA) as part of its Process Verified Program in order to assess the continued recognition of the Certified Natural Meat Program of Uruguay (CNMPU USDA-PVP) and obtain the Never-Ever 3 designation.
The audit includes the review of documentation at headquarters, visits to certified agricultural farms and meat processing plants.
INAC offers these new tools in order to meet the emerging demands of world markets as part of INAC's strategy to position the Uruguayan meat chain as a supplier of quality products.
