During the first four days of the fair, the traditional tasting of bovine cuts was carried out in an area specially created for that purpose, where 400 people were received daily.
The second day of the fair was the busiest, taking into account that INAC held a reception at the stand where more than 200 people were invited.
The event was attended by the Uruguayan Ambassador in France: Guillermo Dighiero, who attended with his delegation.
In addition, meetings have been held with organizations and institutions of other countries.
The Sial Paris Fair had 7,200 exhibitors from 119 countries (87% international exhibitors), and approximately 160,000 visitors were present (70% international exhibitors from 194 countries) and covers an area of 250,000 m2.
