Dr. Alfredo Fratti, head of the Institution, said "Entering with fresh meat to South Korea and specific promotion policies with the Restaurant model will be INAC's focus this year in regards to market access".

The Chairman of the Institute, is travelling to China, where he will supervise actions related to the installation of a two-floor restaurant, of more than 500 m² in Shanghai, within the framework of the Fair which begins on May 1st.

Fratti said that this year they will continue working on a strong promotion profile, maintaining projects such as Mexico, where restaurants have been certified to work with Uruguayan meat and projecting new gastronomic entrepreneurial ventures.

He advanced that INAC received a proposal of a Cuban delegation which offered a stand at a fair that will be held shortly in the island, to install a restaurant like the ones the Institution manages within the framework of Uruguay Natural Club Project, destined to international tourism of the Caribbean country.
