At the conference, INAC's President analyzed the meat business with China, the experience that is taking place at Expo Shanghai, where the country has an important presence in a stand and a theme restaurant.
Likewise, he transferred to the audience a series of thoughts and questions about the best way to take advantage of commercial exchange with China.
INAC's President explained the characteristics of the business with this country, and repeated the concept that Chinese consumers are liking Uruguayan meat and including it in their diet. He pointed out the existence of a sector of the population which has a high purchasing power.
Within the audience there were several entrepreneurs who are part of the official mission that has travelled to China, leadered by the Vicepresident of the Republic, and who will stay in that country in the following weeks, within the framework of the Shanghai Universal Fair.
