Fulfillment of SEIIC - Black Boxes

The British Standards Institute - BSI awarded the National Meat Institute the certification of fulfillment of the operating norms of the Electronic Information System of the Meat Industry (SEIIC) - Black Boxes.

Through these norms the guidelines for operation of the slaughter plants are established for all the country within the framework of the SEIIC.

The mentioned certification testifies that within the considered scope, 100 % of the slaughter plants fulfill the minimum requirements established in the norms of reference, this shows an adequate alignment with good operating practices.
