Closure of the Congress

Dr. Caputi summarized some of the conclusions of the Workshop that INAC organized in Uruguay last week to analize the perspectives of the sector.

"World meat production is stable, result of the use of land for other productions and due to the droughts which affected Australia, New Zealand and South America".

Caputi assured that the sector has a promising future taking into account the demographic growth and the consistent increase in demand.

INAC atended the World Meat Congress with a large delegation of 8 members of the Board and technical personnel of several sectors.  INAC's President and Vicepresident also took part of the event held in Buenos Aires during three days.
