Activities of the Restaurant managed by INAC during six months at Expo 2010 Shanghai, China, finally came to an end on October 31st.

Chairman Alfredo Fratti and a technical group from the Institute are now at the Asian country fulfilling the closure tasks entailed in this project.

According to the latest evaluation, figures per type of restaurant show that 50% of sales correspond to healthy fast food, and 50 % to slow food.

Favorite dishes were Tango -shredded beef with sauce- at the healthy fast food level, and at the slow food level, the daily menu based on a 200 g portion of spencer roll, as well as Punta del Este, a dish prepared with spencer roll, Tannat wine reduction and vegetable millefeuille.
