Uruguayan Beef Festival in China

Gran Meliá Hotel - China

A Festival of Uruguayan Beef was held at the five-star Gran Meliá Hotel for 10 days.

The promotional menu included a 300g carbon-grilled rib eye steak served with vegetables, potatoes and three sauces.

The activity was developed in one of the five restaurants this hotel has, which serves 70 guests at a time and covers 80% of hotel guests.

The festival coincided with SIAL China, fair in which INAC took part with an institutional stand promoting Uruguayan meats.
