INAC continues to carry out beef farm-to-table traceability demonstrations overseas and in the country.
The Institute did so at a dinner offered during the visit of the Chilean president Sebastián Piñera and it will do another one during the visit of the Uruguayan presidente José Mujica to Mexico, in midst November.

INAC’s staff demonstrates through a plate label the traceability process linking the product with its origin, from farm to table.
This way it is possible to relate the beef plate to the name and photograph of the farmer that raised the cattle, as well as to the place where it was produced and the production characteristics.
